MAC to Iphone6 syncing issues - apps are not downloaded to phone

Hi everyone,

I have an Iphone 6 (IOS 8.3) connected (synced) to a MAC Book (OS 10.10.3). When I try to download apps from my MAC to the phone they do not get transferred at all. Sync seem to get started (app are placed with message "will install") but they never get on the phone. More, If I Install an APP directly on the phone as soon as I connect it to the MAC it gets removed.

The accounts are correct and the mac is authorized but I still unabel to sync apps.

Any clue?
