Changing cellular service from AT&T to Verizon
I Have a iPad Air with cellular service thru AT&T and I want to change to Verizon, how do I do this?

Assuming the situation is the same as with a voice-and-data cell service, only AT&T can release you from their service (if they are willing to do so); you will have to take it up with them
