My email receipts sometimes don't appear until the following day. Or you could see if they are happy to accept a screenshot from your purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

How long does what take ? If you mean emailed receipts then mine quite often appear at some point the following day ; if contacting iTunes Support then they can take up to 48 hours to reply.
yes I was referring to the confirmation email, what was the longest u took to recieve it?
The following day, usually they've been in my inbox when first thing, if not then during the morning.

It can show as a deduction on a credit card if it's just a temporary store holding charge : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

If you still haven't received the emailed receipt to the primary email address on that iTunes account (and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox), and the developers won't accept a screenshot of the purchase from your purchase history on your computer's iTunes, then use the report a problem page to contact iTunes Support
Check your Europien and asian region of your account the same thing happend to me and thats where the purchasse was put. to fix this ask apple for refund and rebuy the adventure
