power save plug in failure

I'm trying to watch sky tv on my macbook pro via sky go and am able to watch one episode. when I try to watch anything else I get safari power save plug in failure notice.

I have tried disabling the plug in but it still will not let me watch content.

The only thing that lets me watch anything else is restarting the mac.
