iPhone 5s stops working all of a sudden

My second iPhone 5s died in just few months. The previous one would not turn on all of a sudden and was replaced with a new device by Apple. No explanation for malfunction was provided. Whenever I try to turn it on the screen turns blue and phone shuts down. Factory reset did not help. Very disappointing. Would never expect anything similar from an Apple product. Anyone having similar issues?
