1. These are user to user forums. you are not talking to Apple by posting here.
2. it's very stupid to post personal email address, phone number AND PASSWORD on a world wide public discussion forum
3. You cannot use the phone without entering the correct iCloud credentials of the previous user.
4. Apple does not unlock phones. They cannot help you. So whoever told you that, lied to you.
