Ipad airdrop is hard to find

I'm using an Ipad mini 2(ios8.3), and my airdrop is very hard to find.When I want to recieve files from my friends I have to turn on and off my bluetooth many time, so they can find me. Sometimes they can find me ,but when they sent files to me nothing happen. While they can find other ipad easily in just one time. This problem occurs with all of my friend ipad and also my Macbook that my ipad is hard to find.

About my bluetooth I usually connected to a bluetooth pen and it always work.

ps. my friend that also use this pen have no problem with airdrop.
