Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My mail app won't open.

It shows the top line (with the flag, folder, trash bin, arrow and notepad) for about twenty seconds and then shuts down again. I tried deleting all the accounts, reset, restart several times but still it doesn't work. Please help.

Model MD368TH/A. IOS8.2 now 8.3.

Delete all of the accounts again and then reset all settings. Add one email account at a time to see if you can pin down which account is giving you problems.


Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. The iPad will reboot on its own. No data will be lost but all device settings will have to be entered again. then try adding your email accounts again, one at a time.
