touch id issues since ios8.3 update

Having updated my iphone 6 plus to ios8.3 the touch ID has started to fail on my device.

I have tried hard reset and this has sometimes fixed issue , I have also turned off touch ID as soon as the problem starts again and turned back on and input my apple ID password , this has sometimes also fixed it. Today its happened again and my phone became very unresponsive , pressing the home button from lock screen the screen would stay black for ages then eventually ask to input pin code.

Please when is there going to be a fix rolled out ?
