I successfully log in my apple id but i cant connect to apps store even on safari its stated cannot connect to app store .. Or not connected to internet . Is there any possible ways how to fix it

HI! I successfully log in my apple id . But when i click the apps store there's a prompt message says that cannot connect to apps store , even on safari not connected to the internet even if i ny phone connected to wifi connection .. Wish i could fix through your answer! Many thanks
