How do I turn off the iTunes feature ?
I was able to start using the iTunes features, makes changes and add genres, change volumes and mute, but I was not able to turn the feature off, can you help?

It's not clear what you're asking. iTunes on an iPhone is only the store for purchasing digital content. You play music through the Music app and Videos through the Video app.
If you're having trouble with iTunes on a computer, you should post in the relevant forum (iTunes for Mac or iTunes for Windows).
