ios8.3 programs taking 1-2 seconds to load
Since loading ios8.3 on my iPhone 4s it has slowed tremendously, with apps and iphone features taking 1-2 sec's to load.
Any fix?
Does anyone know if Apple is working on issues for the 4s?

How did your update? wifi or through the computer?
Slow device can just be an issue with the software that a restore would fix easily.
The 4S will soon be basically obsolete so I would expect this in the future or expect an update not to work
for that device....
