how to view Videos in iPhoto 2015

I cannot find how to view videos in the new iPhoto 2015 up-date. Nor how to retrieve and up-date in iMovie.

What happened when you double click on a movie file in Photos?

In iMovie the Photo and iPhoto libraries will be shown under Libraries in the left hand pane:
