i tried updating my ios to the latest one which is 8.3

OK so I tried updating my iOS to the latest one which is 8.3 but then something went wrong. The screen froze for about a few minutes so I panicked and restarted my phone. When it switched on my carrier says "searching..." and its been like 3 hours. My phone is a 4s by the way. Heeelp please
