4K timeline to 1080 H.264??

I have a 4K timeline and would like to export (share) this video in 1080 H.264 format. When I go to the settings area of the share function, I do not see an option to change the resolution. How to I convert my 4K timeline into a 1080 H.264 file?

CCopy and paste the contents of the 4K project into a 1080 project.
