While restoring password on my MacBook, cant connect wifi

I tried to restore my MacBook account password. It put me to the restoring menu and asked to enter my Apple ID and password. The problem is when I am in that menu MacBook cant connect wifi. I tried to connect it during the loading (holding ctrl), but in this way it disconnects and puts me to that menu again, so I cant enter any menu to connect wifi, it only asks me to choose the language and than continues with this password resroring menu. What I have to do?
