Why can't get on internet? Why messages blocked? Why problem upgrading? Had phone since 04/17/2015!!! turned phone completly off to reconnect. The user guide not addressing the requested issues.

What happens when you try to get on the internet?

What do you mean by messages blocked. You have blocked people from sending you messages?

What happens when you try to update?
