wake on lan isn't working in ANY app (Iphone 6, Iphone5) since iOS8.3

Since i upgraded to iOS 8.3 the ability to use an APP to wake up machines, Wake-On-Lan, WOL does not work anymore from any APP.I have it running on an iphone 5 and 6, one freshly restored... my ipad, still running iOS8.2 still allows the same apps to wake up computers in my network via MagicPackage.

Any suggestions?

Check with the developer of the app, they will have much better information regarding the change.

It doesn't work in ANY App i have installed (have the same ones on my ipad running 8.2, all working), did a fresh restore, no change. It would be great if i at least knew, if it is an issue for others as well, so i can stop debugging myself.
