Q: Iphone 5 phone can still receive calls but i can't make calls or even power off to reboot. Any ideas on how to fix

I have an Iphone 5, thirty two gb. I can answer phone calls but that's it. I can't make calls and I can't power off to reboot. Any ideas what i should do to solve the problem?
