Q: Sunrise/sunset times not displaying

I'm having trouble with sunrise/sunset times (in the UK). Was disappointed when the Solar watch face didn't match actual sun position, then noticed if I choose to add sunrise/sunset to other faces I just get __0__'__''


Have I got a setting missing somewhere?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

    Well, I do have the same astronomy stuff issue but linked moon phase which is always showing me dark moon only. In the widget/complication and astronomy watch face as well. I did all recommendations from this discussion and restars as well. Still no change.
