Spilled coffee on my Mac Book Air

I spilled a lot of coffee on my new Mac Book Air. I tried to wipe it all off and then tried to turn the computer on to check the damage, resulting in this flashing folder with a question mark on it coming up.. so I turned it off again. I tried to turn it on again while pressing alt_ and this picture of a globe came up and there was an option to select a WiFi network (to try to restore something via the internet, I guess - it didn't work anyway). What does this mean? I have exams starting on Monday and really need to fix my computer asap. What should I do?
