There is a red dot at the top center of my Apple Watch. What does it mean?

It means you have an unread notification. Swipe down to read it.

He is correct. That red dot just means you have a notification. Swipe down and you will see what the notification is about.

swipe down from the watch face to get the notifications. anyone find a way to "dismiss all" notifications with one gesture? 😟

It means your arm is too hairy

I looked up for you. To clear a notification from Notification Center, swipe it to the left, then tap Clear. To clear all notifications, press the display and then tap Clear All.
