should I still send my iPhone back after it turned back on?

my iphome wouldn't turn on past the apple logo and when I put it into recovery mode like apple support told me to it just switched off again, then I tried it again and it started working as usual. I was just wondering should I still send it back as they told me it could be a hardware issue before it switched back on?
