Q: Cannot pick original library as Apple wrote..

Hello,

With respect to Apple's site:

Get started with Photos for OS X - Apple Support, the following statement in that document is not true in my case:
"Using iPhoto and Aperture after you migrate to Photos

iPhoto — and Aperture, if you downloaded it — remains on your system in the Applications folder, and you can continue to use it. If you open iPhoto or Aperture after you upgrade to Photos, you’ll be asked if you want to open your library there or in Photos. "

My original iPhoto library IS NOT selectable.

Background:  Using a brand new MacBook Pro, and a discontinued ilife product-iWEB.  iWEB, after the 'Photos' migration/update, didn't see 'media' (see attached).  After advice elsewhere on this community this morning, I was able to restore the original iPhoto (which I so-far prefer to 'Photos'), but, the program cannot (I haven't been able anyway) see the 'Photos' database (see attached screen cap).

Thanks in advance for help resolving thisiweb photos.jpg!
