Apple devices won't forget hotel network

I am staying at "Hilton budapest city" we are in a room that offers free high speed wi-fi, there's also a free regular wi-fi that is complimentary with every room. When we connect to the hotel network the regular login in page pops up that requires room number and name for free wi-fi, it also gives you the option to choose high speed internet for a fee or if your room includes it. We connected with two iPhones and one ipad to the regular free wi-fi, now we want to connect to the high speed to download a movie from the cloud but I cannot get any of my devices to bring up the log in page for the hotel again. I forget the network, put the ipad in airplane mode and reset it, I've even tried to reset network setting but whenever I select the network it connects automatically no login page no questions asked.. How can I get my devices to truly forget the network so it brings up the login page again?
