I need to cancel my ITunes account

Can someone help me with cancelling my account with Apple?
I no longer have an IPhone and cant text on my new phone with anyone that has an IPhone

It isn't iTunes that you need to cancel; you need to deregister iMessage: https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage
