I can't open my itunes on my mac book pro which I bought about 3 month ago. How can it happen???

I just found out I can't open my itunes on my Macbook pro.

Even my Windows PC has never this kind of ridiculous problem, but on my Macbook pro which I bought a couple of month ago??

I though Mac OS is way more stable than Windows but it seems like I was completely wrong.
