Error 7??

Someone please help. For some unknown reason my iTunes has stopped working and I get an error 7 message followed by need to reinstall iTunes. I have attempted this multiple times deleting everything Apple related and I then get 'apple mobile device failed to start'. I have been into services and attempted to start it but this then brings up a windows error saying it cannot be done in the time requested. I have updated windows and now I'm out of ideas. I am the administrator so someone please get me out of this. I have a new iPhone 6 for 3 days and still not used it. Thanks
