I have a mbp 2012 retina with a 15" screen .. the one which is covered in repair extension. I bought this notebook in pakistan and is currently in pakistan .. Will my local authorized service guy honour this warranty?

If that shop is an Authorized Apple Service Provider, then they should be able to effect the repair for free. If they are not an AASP, then I suspect they will charge you.
