Is there any way to convert back to iPhoto from Photo?

iPhotos never went anywhere. It is still in your Applications folder and should still work if you kept your Mac up to date. If you do not have the latest version of iPhoto (9.6.1) then you will need to follow these directions

Get iPhoto 9.6.1 if you didn't update before OS X 10.10.3

OK, thanks.... Now how do i get iTunes to use iPhoto when syncing so I can sync only the photos in my albums to my iPhone & iPad?

I had issues as well.

iPhoto is still in your hard drive. Go through applications and search for it.

Then once you find it, double click.

It will open, and you can attach it to your Dock again by right clicking the mouse.
