My videos and music on my iPad just disappeared

My videos and music on my iPad just disappeared (apps say "no content, go to itunes"). But when i look in my storage i only have 7gb remaining (of 114gb). Yet i have 0 songs and 0 movies (which prior there were 100 gb of them)

I'm on the back side of a long business trip and do not have access to good internet to reset and redownload media.

4th Gen ipad 128gb

Anyone know how to get it back?
