macbook air wobbles

my new macbook air from amazon wobbles on flat surfaces, is it worth replacing? I could get a partial refund from amazon.

Could the wobble lead to serious problems?

And what happens if i take it to the genius bar, will they replace the bottom or exchange a new one?
