ipad mini is locked down says I have the wrong ID or password
I hope someone here can help me. I did the new update on my daughters ipad mini and its like I reset it. Having to go through all the steps to set it up again and when I get to the part where it ask for the Id and password its says I have the wrong id or password. Never had this trouble before. So my question is. Is there a way around this? If so could someone tell me how?
