New Camera App Photdjs Uography appeared on phone

Hi. I have an iPhone4s with ios6 and today I noticed a new camera app that appeared on my phone in the space where my camera app was on the homepage. The icon looks just like the camera app but the name of the app is Photodjs Uography. It has same functionality as camera app and cannot be deleted. It is not on my iTunes account and I cannot find any info on this app online. The old camera app is still on the phone but the icon was moved to another page.

Earlier today I received what appeared to be a bogus Facebook friend request and deleted it but FB started acting weird. It was showing that there were new friend requests but nothing was there when I clicked on it. I deleted the FB app. Any thoughts? Has anyone seen this camera app before? Thanks any help is appreciated.
