I try so many times to install ios 8.3 but its always error. Even I already clear the space, I still can't install it. May you know why?

What model phone do you have? Are you installing from the phone, or by using iTunes on your computer?

Just said that its error to update. I'm using iPhone not itunes. Too many times but still error. May I use iTunes to update?

Well, of course you can use iTunes to update your iPhone and that is the best way to do it rather than on the phone itself.
