What is taking up my cloud storage?

I have EVERYTHING turned off to not back up to the cloud except Notes and Contacts. I deleted my last back up and it is saying it can't be backed up because I have 5.7GB and its too full. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS TAKING UP 5.7GB if everything is turned off? I have an iPhone 5s and it has been updated.
