iPhone 5 out of storage even after I deleted almost everything

My iPhone 5 keep telling me that I have have enough storage. In fact, I added up all the apps in Usage page and it is much less than it says on the 'XXX GB used'. I have seen other people reported the same issue but couldn't find any good answer to this problem.

Let me know what else I can do to get this resolved.
