split albums

I've been trying to find out why my albums split up into individual songs on my iPhone. i recently found out that the albums that split are showing up in the store as not being purchased, but they are or i wouldn't be able to download them. I've tried contacting Apple, but I can't seem to find the email address to contact them with on the website. So to be honest I'm doing this in the hope that someone from apple contacts me.
