Mic Issue with iPhone 6 Plus

I have discovered the issue. Anyone here cannot believe, but the problem is with plastic protection from maker, so, the plastic protection from Apple when you purchased the new iPhone 6 plus, it is the problem.

Apple didn't cut the plastic that covers the front mic and its not allowing the mic to work.

To take out the plastic on the front mic and it will work so good.
