I wanted to get rid of some applications today so I reset my phone. I had about two hundred pictures before hand now when I signed my phone in with iCloud I cant get those pictures.
Did you try to restore from a backup taken before you erased the phone? If you don't use the iCloud Photo Library, Photos are part of the backup:
