Texts from one, not all, contacts doesn't notify
i get notifications from all texts, except from one number that is in my contacts and that I text frequently. Do not disturb is off. Thanks

When you say DND is off, do you mean DND for the phone? Or for the contact itself? Open the message thread with that contact, tap Details in the upper right corner and make sure DND is not set for that contact alone.
