How to keep webpage unmoved when keyboard pops up?

I must say I'm rather disappointed at using iPad.

I've also found the later Apple products are not as user friendly and less durability as earlier products!

1. While I use Safari, whenever the keyboard pops up for any reason, the window jumps to the top of the webpage!

This drives me crazy!!!!

~~~How may I keep the webpage unmoved when the keyboard pops up?

2. Too often, when I go to tab B to copy something in order to paste in tab A, and when I return to tab A, the webpage on tab A will be automatically refreshed and I lose all my previous typings!

3. Inside the message box of most forum websites, certain buttons would not show up, such as, select, select all, paste........and so on!

4. There is no way to do multiple tasks at the same time! (cannot play music and browse websites or workmon Numbers)

~PS. no desire for an Apple Watch........not at all!
