Facetime problem in iOS 8.3

When I was not yet updating my iPad Air 1 to iOS 8.3, I dont have problem with my Facetime. Now, I can't cancel my call, I can't end my call, basically I can't do anything once I started dialing or calling. I tried to reach Apple by their support system but in no luck I wasnt able to because the system said that my warranty is expired.
