Is it possible to have two users on my laptop with fifrent os.I want one for work with mavericks and one for gaming with yosemite.Is it possible?

Not without installing the second OS onto a separate partition or drive. If needed, choose Utilities from the Finder's Go menu and use the Disk Utility to create a a second partition.

Besides partitioning your disk and installing Yosemite on the 2nd partition, you could also install virtual machine software (VMware Fusion, Parallels, Virtualbox) and then install the 2nd operating system in the virtual machine. This will let you have 2 operating systems running concurrently, each with its own user(s).
However, virtual machines are not always the fastest things, and they do tend to consume your RAM, so you want to make sure you have a lot.
