What to you mean the that app "suddenly disappear"? Try uninstalling and re-installling the app. It that fails, contact Blackberry for support. It's their truly horrendous app.
I've tried reinstall but still can not fix it. I saw the reviews almost users got the problem with this app. Thank you all.
It works fine on my phone. It's still awful.
