Graphic Cards Comparison

Im wanting to play a game which tells me the following system requirements:

I have Windows installed so thats not the problem, nor the RAM. The real deal here are the graphics. I currently have a HD 4000, and I was hoping to have some light in the subject. How well would I run this game? I mean, could I get some decent FPS rate at least with medium specs (Higher sprite resolution, medium background resolution with no shadows full screen?)
Please do not tell me that laptop is not a proper gaming platform I am aware of that, and the game Im talking about is Tree of Savior.
