Storage Problems
Can someone please tell me how can the apps take 155.45 GB out of 121GB storage .Even the movies i have kept in the macbook hardly take 2GB ,so how can they take 11.72GB . plz help.

Re-index Macintosh HD.
Spotlight reindexing will take a while to finish.
System Preferences > Spotlight > Privacy

You will see a new category “Other” in the Storage Display.

Note:
If you don’t have Macintosh HD icon on the desktop,
Finder > Preferences > General > Show these items on the desktop:
Enable “Hard disks”.
