Update iOS 8.3. Or iOS 8.4.

HI guys, just tried to update my iPad mini 3 to the newest version. The update seems to be complete, but doing the configuration settings afterwards it never gets to the home screen. Instead of that the configuration modus starts over and over again. Any ideas?
