Time Capsule does not back up since Internet operator used as a router to install Internet. Since Time Machine asks for a password that we do not know.

Living in Beijing, Time Capsule working until Internet provider used it as router for Internet in our apartment. He used our computer and connect to an old internal net that we had in Spain. We managed to connect again to our current Internal net. However, since then Time Machine does not work us back up. When we try to connect keeps asking for a password. We did not have a password for Time Machine before.

Can some one help?

Has the name changed or the password been changed by the installer.. if so you need to change the password in the computer.

To discover the password, simply hold in the reset button for 1sec.. that will allow any client to login without a password for 5min.. login to the TC in the airport utility and check the passwords.. it is probably the same as the wireless password.
