Battery Usage Meter Resets at 90%

Time Since Last Full Charge - Appeared in battery usage ,, whenever i plug in n battery reached 90%... Is this normal ..

iphone resetting battery meter-- Usage/Standby both at 90% nt 100%... n Showing "Time Since Last full Charge"...

Upto 89% battery charge it showed - "Iphone plugged in Since last full charge" dats OK

n this should be reset at 100%..bt its happening at 90% -- Something Wrong here??

iphone 5 .. iOS 8.3 .. full clean install frm itunes...

Did Hard reset,Soft reset.. calibrated battery... discharge.. full charge

Still facing this situaition...

Don/t ask me abt Battery life after regular iOS 8 updates...
